AWARDS & DESIGNATIONS

Jessica Tiegs completed the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in January 2021.
Daphne Jones completed the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation in February 2021.
Caeleigh Rector completed the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation from the Insurance Institute of America in February 2021.
Shawna Darnell completed the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation from the Insurance Institute of America in March 2021.
Kelly Foley has taken on the role of President of the Applied Client Network-ND Chapter.
PROMOTIONS
Caeleigh Rector has been promoted to the position of Account Executive at Vaaler Insurance. Caeleigh joined Vaaler Insurance in 2019 and specializes in Commercial Insurance. She has a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Finance & Accounting from the University of North Dakota and has more than three years of experience in the insurance industry.
NEW HIRES
Greg Litz joined Vaaler Insurance in January 2021 as an Employee Benefits Advisor. With over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, Greg has provided client-focused leadership while working with a large national insurance carrier. Greg’s role is to provide employer solutions and ideas on strategic benefit planning while keeping businesses informed on changing regulations and market conditions. His passion for providing an excellent customer experience and proactive service will be an asset to Vaaler Insurance and to our customers. “Many businesses I work with are dealing with more challenges than ever before, and they need someone to help - I strive to be that resource for them. Employee benefits are changing rapidly, and they can be complicated. My goal is to work with businesses to keep the process simple and streamlined. The Employee Benefits team at Vaaler can accomplish that for our clients by offering personal, local service.”
Jana Davis joined Vaaler Insurance in January 2021 as the Multimedia Communications Specialist. With more than 10 years of experience in communications and advertising, Jana brings extensive knowledge, organization, and creativity to our team. Jana is based in our Fargo office and her main responsibilities are to create and execute our advertising plan, elevate the Vaaler brand, and nurture our community partnerships.
