Casey Holland, CSRM
Producer/School Division Manager
Casey is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a B.B.A. in Marketing and is also a graduate of the National Alliance School for Producer Development. He has been with Vaaler since 2003 and is the manager of Vaaler’s School division.
Casey’s principal responsibilities to clients include the design and implementation of the most comprehensive and cost-effective insurance coverages and services. He will identify activities that drive claim frequency and severity, and implement an action plan to contain those losses that affect a client’s total cost of risk. Casey is a constructive problem solver focused on clarity and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, agency staff, and insurance company management and underwriters. He was recently one of six elite agents on the School Program Insurance Advisory Council for Indiana Insurance Company. In this role, he assisted the company’s management and underwriting team regarding coverages, opinions and strategic planning for Minnesota public schools. In addition to schools, Casey’s specialties include manufacturers, senior living facilities, law firms, and contractors.
Casey has a Certificate of General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America. He has also received his Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM®) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance and Education.
He is a member of the Minnesota Association of School Business Officials and the Minnesota Association of School Administrators.
